Summary
- Custom Genjutsus are customizable in terms of application and effect.
- You can learn these from Iowa for 20'000 EXP each.
- They do not cost anything and there is no downside to learning them so you are able to test these free if you wish to.
- The requirements to learn Custom Genjutsu vary from 5 to 30 Control depending on the method.
