Remote Genjutsu

Summary

• Remote Genjutsu are a form of Genjutsu that allow you to place a small AoE field on the ground, that takes effect when the enemy steps in its range.
• User is able to move freely after placing Remote Genjutsu.
• User needs to have 35 base Control (Genius trait won't bypass this requirement).
• Placing Remote Genjutsu roots you for 1 second (0.5s for Super Genjutsu).
• Shows a visual of the Genjutsu tiles being placed during the frozen time.
• Remote Genjutsu takes effect 1.5 seconds after the enemy steps in the Genjutsu tile.
• The effect can be Kai'd or removed with damage on yourself (not the caster).
• Damage is reduced the further you are from the target (8% per tile, maximum 65%).
• Remote Genjutsu tiles stay active until:
  • 10 seconds have passed (50% longer for Super Genjutsu.
  • Caster presses Z.
  • Caster leaves the map or is 40 tiles away from the place they released the tiles.
  • Caster is knocked out.
  • Caster has no Chakra left.
  • Any of these will also cause the illusion to be removed off the target if they are under the effect of it.

• Toggles run while active.
• You also receive lesser Vitality damage when walking through the thorns.
• Once you travel to the end of the forest, it disappears and the illusion is over.
• Ends if the target is in any grapple or bind.
• Ends if the caster is damaged or grappled.
• Ends if you are on a barrier tile.

Description Spawns Walls of Earth under where you are, dealing minor damage once. Additional Info

• You can't walk on the Earth Wall tiles.
• No one (including the user) can Body Flicker on those Walls, once they appear.
• Appears in layers (3 tiles).
• This does not release from taking damage unlike the other Remote Genjutsu.
• Lasts for 15 seconds.

How To Obtain

• Learn it from Iowa.

Description Creates a field of ice that forces the enemies to slide to the other side, once stepped on. Additional Info

• Deals no damage.
• Makes you slide in the same direction you stepped onto the ice on until you reach the other side of the ice.
• Cannot move or use Body Flicker while sliding.
• Does not disappear from damaging the caster or being damaged.
• Duration is 15 seconds.
