Description

Seventh Seal is a technique that allows the Ketsueki to convert their chakra supply as it flows through their bloodstream into a replenishing solvent, healing the user at the cost of chakra.

Heals stamina to 75%
If vitality or stamina are above these values they will be reduced to 80% and 75% respectively
Gives C-Speed
Drains chakra while active
Raises thirst while active
Poison Rain will be disabled if 7th Seal is active.
Pressing Z will toggle the seal off
