Join Xiveres organization

Description

Creates a portal between your current location and the entrance to your hideout.

Additional Info

It lasts only for a few seconds
Other people can enter it too from both sides.
Doesn't work during Shinobi War.
Does not allow anyone with 4 or more DC to pass through.
Only the leader of [{Xiveres]] org can to learn it.
