Description

Allows you to teleport to Mark 2.

Additional Info

Can teleport between maps out of combat, but during combat you can only teleport up to 60 tiles
Doesn't go on cooldown if the teleport is negated, unless it is due to teleporting during combat in which case it is halved.
Can use it to teleport into Tension War, but can't use it to teleport out of it.
