200 Eye Mastery: - Genjutsu Counter ability

Genjutsu Counter: - Allows you to reverse Genjutsu that are used on you like the Sharingan (Genjutsu Counter), however this version is always active automatically

250 Eye Mastery: - x1.1 Capacity - x1.2 Control

500 Eye Mastery: - x1.15 Capacity - x1.25 Control
