How To Obtain

Description

Allows the user to view someone's current field of vision to locate their exact location and what they are doing.

Additional Info

Pop-up list with names of everyone on the current map.
Holding Strafe (default key: R) and using Eye Of Kagura will automatically view the last person you've damaged or got attacked from.
Provides the target's current coordinates in the chat.
View will automatically return back to the user after a few seconds, if the technique is pressed again or if any spot on the screen is clicked.
Using Flicker of Light to teleport with Eye Of Kagura active will result in a temporary delay before the user is able to perform any actions again.
Clicking anywhere on screen places it on a 30 second cooldown.
Normal cooldown is 3 seconds if you do not click anything.
If you click anywhere your view will be set back to yourself.
Teleporting with Flicker of Light places it in on a 2 minute cooldown.
Eye Of Kagura camnot find enemies using Chakra Hide.
