Description

Allows the user to split with their twin and have them perform their next attack.

Additional Info

Double-pressing a technique with Twin Attack active will cause the technique to be performed by both the user and their twin.
If your twin was not out currently then you split once you use the technique after activating this.
Twins can only perform non-grapple Taijutsu techniques.
Twins cannot cast Song Of Mental Anguish or Song Of Time.
Twins cannot perform Genjutsu techniques.
Twins cannot perform Barrier-related ninjutsus.
Cooldown of this technique is lowered if your twin was already out.
The Twin from Twin Attack can only scale up to 30% of your Vitality and Stamina.
