Description Seventh Seal is a technique that allows the Ketsueki to convert their chakra supply as it flows through their bloodstream into a replenishing solutent, healing the user at the cost of chakra. Additional Info

• If vitality or stamina are above these values they will be reduced to 80% and 75% respectively
